We are engaged in offering a wide range of Energy-Efficient Cooling Fans. The fans offered by us incorporate the modern ultra high efficiency aero foils that can be used to their full potential which is possible only with hollow FRP blades. Owing to their high camber, very large twist and varying taper, are widely demanded by the clients when compared to conventionally designed and constant-chord cast aluminium or solid FRP blade fans. All the specially incorporated features result in the reduction in power consumption (drag) per unit output of the fans. Thousands of conventional aluminium and FRP blade fans have been replaced with COOLFLO hollow FRP blade fans, owing to their proven energy savings of a minimum of 15% while offering same airflow as that of replaced fans. These same Energy-Efficient fans are able to help our clients to achieve De-bottle necking in Refineries and other industries.

With the help of our expert professionals, we have been able to offer a wide range of Lightweight Cooling Fans. Manufactured using high-grade raw material, these fans are known for their lightweight and fatigue resistance. The weight of our offered Hollow FRP Blade fan is usually 70% as compared to the same size of Aluminum blade fan.
We have been able to manufacture, supply and export a wide range of Air Cooled Heat Exchanger Fans manufactured using high-grade raw material, these products are known for their adherence to international standards and norms. Moreover, we offer these products in various specifications to meet the diverse requirements of our clients like: Energy Savings and /or Air Flow Increase.
We have been offering Cooling Tower Fans with well accepted and proven reduction in Motor Power consumption, while retrofitting conventionally designed fans with GRP / Aluminum Blades. A high value Motor Power reduction is not possible in all fans of all the sizes, it depends on how far away the working fan is operating from the b. e. p. and the value of fan efficiency at b. e. p. We have been able to specify a minimum guaranteed Power saving of 25% or increase in air flow of about 8-10% with our Energy Efficient Fans when compared to existing conventionally designed fans, for some clients.
For customers, who required more airflow out of the same Fan diameter, the fans offered specially designed by us have met the requirement by offering 10 to 20% more air flow than that of existing fans, while operating at rated capacity of the existing motor. This also avoids costly additions/modifications to existing cells in cooling tower or air-cooled heat exchanger/ condenser We have a wide range of configurations of fans for each size to meet the diverse requirements of our clients including low speed/low noise. Hence, while replacing existing fans or for OEM supplies, our designers optimize the configuration of fan in order to ensure its operation shall be as much close to its b. e. p. as possible.
