FAN HUB ASSEMBLY

We offer effective range of Hub Assemblies along with central Seal Disc made of FRP . Our offered hub is robust in design & easy to install or remove for any maintenance purposes of Gear Boxes Each Hub assembly is balanced to Gr.6.3 as per ISO 1940-1973. The hubs can be supplied in Carbon Steel Hot Dip Galvanized material or Stainless Steel 304 /316L to suit environmental requirements of Cooling Tower circulation water chemistry.

Fan Hub Assembly

The Fan Hub Assembly design is robust and large enough to avoid negative flow at the center of the fan. The Hub diameter or the Seal disc is designed with the diameter evaluated from Aerodynamic requirements . The Hub-to-Tip ratios are given due importance in all our designs offered to clients to ensure high efficiency operation through the life the fan. The design of the seal disc enables ease of installation and removal for any maintenance purposes. The entire Hub assembly with its Seal Disc is balanced to Gr.6.3 as per ISO.
